WHERE/WHEN IS THE PRESIDENT'S CIRCLE TRIP?

The Everbridge President's Circle trip will take place in Aruba from April 8 –11 2026.

CAN I BRING MY FAMILY ON THE TRIP?

The trip is intended to be a celebration for the winner and their guest who must be 21 years of age or older. We recognize that sometimes life doesn’t make it easy to get away, however, children are not allowed at this event.

IF I CHOOSE NOT TO ATTEND THE EVENT, WILL I GET EQUAL CASH AND GIFTS?

No, if you are awarded the trip and choose not to attend or cannot attend, there will be no other gifts or prizes as an alternative.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY? WILL THE TRIP BE CANCELED?

We will do our best to ensure that the trip goes ahead without a hitch, but sometimes mother nature has other plans. We will be keeping a close eye on the weather, health concerns, and other global circumstances that might impact the trip, as we get closer to the travel dates. It is difficult to make adjustments to a large group trip like this, but our team of professionals have a lot of experience in this space and will do what they can to accommodate.

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME ATTENDING AN INCENTIVE TRIP, WHAT IS INCLUDED?

The following is covered:

Economy fare flight for the Everbridge invitee and (1) guest
Transportation for the Everbridge invitee and their (1) guest, to/from the AUA airport/hotel in Aruba
1 standard room for the nights of April 8 - 10
Food and drinks during sponsored events/activities

DO I NEED TO USE VACATION TIME IF I ATTEND THE TRIP?

No, April 8 - 10 are considered regular workdays and you do not have to use paid time off. However, if you choose to extend your trip before or after, those days would be considered personal, and you would need to use paid time off for those days.

WHERE IS THE MAIN AIRPORT LOCATED?

Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA) is in Oranjestad, Aruba. It is approximately a 20-minute drive from this airport to Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort and Spa.

DO I NEED A CAR TO GET AROUND ARUBA?

We do not recommend that you rent a car. If you chose to do so (at your own expense) please ensure that you have adequate insurance coverage. You can get around Aruba by taxi and transportation is provided to/from the Aruba airport and Hyatt Regency.

WHO DO I CONTACT TO ARRANGE TRAVEL FOR ME AND MY GUEST?

For all North American employees (U.S. and Canada), air travel must be booked through the Navan booking tool and you will soon receive an email from Navan inviting you to purchase flights for you and one guest. Please note that all flights will be master billed.

MY FLIGHTS ARE BOOKED, MAY I STILL MAKE CHANGES?

IF I EXTEND MY TRIP DATES, WILL I STILL GET THE GROUP RATES AT THE RESORT?

If you wish to extend your stay pre or post-group event dates, please inform us prior to booking your flights and we will check hotel availability and confirm the nightly group rate of $619+++. Responsibility for payment of these extensions will be paid by the Everbridge invitee.

DO I NEED TO ATTEND EVERBRIDGE COORDINATED EVENTS?

You are expected to attend all coordinated events during the trip. We have scheduled some free / “at leisure” time so you can enjoy off-property activities or simply enjoy the beautiful resort!

CAN I BRING ADDITIONAL GUESTS IF I PAY FOR THEM AT MY OWN EXPENSE?

No, each traveler is only able to bring one guest.

CAN I BRING ANOTHER EVERBRIDGE EMPLOYEE AS MY GUEST?

Everbridge employees not qualified for the trip are not allowed to attend unless they are a significant other of the trip winner.

CAN MY GUEST AND I CHOOSE NOT TO SHARE A ROOM?

Yes, you may choose to not share a room with your guest however you will be responsible for paying the additional guest room rate. Everbridge only covers the cost of one hotel per night during the trip. Any request for additional rooms needs to be requested ahead of time for availability and booking.

WHAT AM I ALLOWED TO EXPENSE WHEN I GET HOME?

The items you can expense are the following:

Airport parking or Uber/taxi/shuttle at home airport for the trip dates of April 8 - 11 in accordance with normal travel policy
(1) checked bag each for you and your guest.
Food and beverage outside of the resort on travel dates of April 8 and April 11
Aruba ED Card / Sustainability fee for you and your guest
