Things to know

Entry Requirements

All travelers heading to Aruba must complete the Online Embarkation/Disembarkation (ED) Card before departure. This mandatory digital form collects your personal and trip details and must be submitted prior to boarding your flight to Aruba. Every person needs their own ED Card. Completing it ahead of time helps ensure a smooth check‑in and entry process when you arrive on the island. You can fill it out online within the week before your travel date. Please note that a sustainability fee is required at submission and can be submitted for expense reimbursement. Submit your Aruba ED Card here.

It is the employee’s responsibility to maintain a current passport and to ensure the correct documentation is obtained in advance of travel where required. All travelers do require a passport to enter Aruba. Most countries require that your passport is valid at least 6 months after your return date. Visa requirements, including transit visas should be checked when the airline reservation is made.

Please note that your name on your airline ticket must match your passport exactly. No exceptions.

Tips

Everbridge has provided gratuities for hotel personnel, housekeeping, luggage-handling, ground transportation and other service personnel for the events included in your program.  A gratuity for meals and activities at your leisure and off-property is left to your discretion.

Although tips and gratuities are included in your trip, if you would like to tip your server or venture out of the resort, please keep in mind the average tip for service is 20% and one or two dollars per suitcase carried.  Always check your bill first as tips may already be included.

Cellphone Use

If you plan to use your cell phone, it is highly recommended to verify with your cell phone provider on the use and fees of your cell phone while visiting an international destination.  Keep in mind that higher international fees may apply not only for making phone calls, but to also access your emails, Facebook, and text messages.

Internet Use

Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the resort, so you can stay in touch with friends and family or take care of business anytime during your stay.

Everbridge Hospitality Desk

Your Everbridge Travel Staff will be on hand throughout your program and can be contacted at the Hospitality Desk in the resort lobby.  Staff will be available to assist you in any way possible with recommendations for restaurants, shopping, activities and sightseeing tips.  Please do not hesitate to stop by daily for anything you may need, to check the daily schedule of events, or just to say hello.
